Maverick House

Maverick House Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation with multiple locations: West Covina (2), Baldwin Park, Upland, Ontario, Los Angeles and Pomona. We offer low cost Transitional Homes for Women; Women and Children and Men. We offer low cost transitional housing in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for those of like-minded individuals who are serious about their sobriety. We also recognize a need for homes that accept disabled individuals who have dual diagnoses, on medication; women with children who have suffered homelessness through domestic violence; as well as, college students and independent seniors in need of low cost housing. The monthly rates per bed includes pool and spa, on-site laundry facilities, utilities, bedding, linens, some meals in homes that are fully furnished. Maverick House provides a place where people can be successful and accountable for themselves… and their sobriety. Our mission is to provide assistance including but not limited to: food, clothing, safe shelter, and education to recovering addicts, alcoholics, elderly, homeless, battered women and children, and the illiterate.

Maverick House offers transitional affordable housing for women, and women with children victimized by domestic violence by providing shelter, programs, opportunity and education in recovery. We have a number of safe and comfortable homes in the San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County area. We also recognize a need for homes that accept disabled individuals who have dual diagnoses, on medication; and independent seniors in need of low cost housing. The idea is to offer a bridge between treatment and independence. Our goal is to assist those who are in need of a safe environment to live in while they maintain sobriety, receive life skills coaching and job search assistance to rebuild their confidence and achieve their goals.
