Unlike other 1/2 or 3/4 houses Home Sweet Home offers a safe, structured, and secure, home like environment, where a person can build a strong foundation in recovery from drugs and or alcohol. All residents at HSH must be an active member of a 12 step recovery program, have a sponsor, and be working steps.
We are a family here at HSH and peer support from the other residents is a big part of why we are so successful. We have men in all stages of recovery from the newcomer to men who have worked the steps and have over 1 year of sobriety. We require the men who live here to make meeting in their chosen 12 step program and even offer a Big Book study at the house every Wednesday at 7pm.

Sober living for men who have completed rehab, have a sponsor and are working an active 12-step program. We place principles before personalities. Prospects must pass an interview process, drug screen and meet financial requirements. House rules, including curfew are enforced. We are located in a safe area of Corpus Christi, Texas close to 12-step meetings (required), jobs, bus lines, colleges, stores, beaches and free counseling. House members who “want what we have” work a successful program while becoming more responsible members of society. With only a dozen guys, we are comfortable like a real home, where one can be at ease, benefitting from the structure needed for well-rounded productive recovery.
